Returns and Exchanges

If an item you have purchased from this site did not perform as advertised, and wish to return any undamaged product, please return within 30 days for a full refund. Please provide the original receipt, which denotes the order number and details, as well as a detailed description of product failure to: customerservice@chumbobber.com as there you will be provided return merchandise instructions. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, with any accessories and product instructions.

Products returned in non-salable condition will not be refunded.

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Chumbobber Unlimited LLC or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Chumbobber Unlimited LLC will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.

The refund amount will be reduced or voided when the following occur:

• Orders/Items are refused upon delivery
• Returns are made without authorization
• Returns that are made past the 30-day return window will not be processed
